how does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, it will say “waitlist” next to it, which means that there is currently no space in the class.
To see classes currently on a waitlist in the parent portal you will need to slide the selector under “show me classes with waitlist.” Then, you will need to add your name to the waitlist and we will let you know when a spot becomes available.

how do i register for the waitlist?
To be on a waitlist, you must create an account in the parent portal.
If you would like to add your name to the waitlist, you will need to select the class and you will see a yellow “add” button instead of the normal green “add” button for a class with availability. From there, you will add the class to your cart. There is no charge to be on a waitlist. Your credit card is only charged when there is an opening and you are enrolled.

how far in advance can i register for the waitlist?
We do not recommend registering for the waitlist unless you are ready to enroll in class. Registering for the waitlist too early will cause you to be pushed to the bottom of the waitlist if you are not ready to enroll when an opening becomes available.
Ultimately, if you register for the waitlist too early you may be deleted from the waitlist if you cannot take the spot when it comes open as it will hold any open spots available in class for other people who want to enroll immediately.

how long will i be on the waitlist?
Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing how long someone will be on a waitlist as it depends on the individual schedules and skills of those who are currently enrolled in the class. Wait times can be 2 months to 6 months or more.
can i register my child for more than one waitlist?
Yes, you can register your child for any times or days that you are open to enrolling them. Please make sure you are only enrolling them in the same level classes though. This will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunities to find an opening as they become available. We will only put your child into a specific class day and time they are on the waitlist for.
do waitlists carry over to new sessions
You will only be on the waitlist for the session you registered for. You will see the session’s start and end dates in the class description. Once the session ends, the classes will be archived and open enrollment for the next session will begin.
If you are currently on the waitlist, we will send an email to anyone who has created an account in our Parent Portal over the last 12 months when the next session's enrollment goes live so that you can register before classes fill up. New session enrollment is first come first serve through online registration.

We check our waitlists daily and will notify you promptly by email when a spot opens.
how will i know when there is an opening on the waitlist for my child?
You will be notified by email when a space becomes available. We will attempt twice by email and then if we don’t receive a response, we will give you a call. You will have 7 days from the time we send the email notification to respond before we move onto the next person on the waitlist.

if i register two kids at the same time for the same class, will they start at the same time or will they need to start seperately?
It all depends on how many openings are available in that class. We can only place one child per open spot. If you register two kids for the waitlist for the same class and there is only one opening available, then we can only take one child and your other child will need to wait for another spot to open. If we have two openings in class then we will let you know there are two available spots, one for each child.
