THE WAITLIST
How does the waiting list work?
How does the waiting list work?
- If a class is full, it will say “waitlist” next to it, which means that there is currently no space in the class.
- You will need to add your name to the waitlist, we will let you know when a spot becomes available.
- To be on a waitlist, you must create an account.
- There is no charge to be on a waitlist, and your credit card is only charged when there is an opening, and you are enrolled.
- We do not recommend registering for the waitlist unless you are ready to enroll in class.
- Registering for the waitlist to early will cause you to be pushed to the bottom of the waitlist if you are not ready to enroll when an opening becomes available.
- If you register for the waitlist to early you may be deleted from the waitlist as it will hold any open spots available in class for other people who want to enroll immediately.
- Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing how long someone will be on a waitlist as it depends on the individual schedules and skills of those who are currently enrolled in the class.
- Wait times can be 2 months to 6 months or more.
- You will only be on the waitlist for the session you registered for. You will see the session’s start and end dates in the class description.
- Once the session ends the classes will be archived and open enrollment for the next session will begin.
- If you have been waiting on the waitlist, we will send an email to anyone who has created an account in our Parent portal in the last 12 months.
- When the next sessions enrollment goes live so that you can register before classes fill up. New session enrollment is first come first serve through online registration.
- We check our waitlists daily and will notify you promptly by email when a spot opens.
- Your will be Notified by email.
- Once notified by email you will have 7 days from the time, we send the email notification to respond before we move onto the next person on the waitlist.
- Please be sure to add our information to your contacts so it doesn't get lost in spam. Make sure to check your spam folder and we will notify you twice by email and then if we don't receive a response, we will give you a call. If we don't hear back from you, we will notify the next person on the list.
- This all depends on how many openings are available in that class.
- We can only place one child per open spot. If there is one opening, we can only take one child.
- If you register two kids for the waitlist for the same class and there is only one opening available, then we can only take one child and your other child will need to wait for a spot to open.
- If we have two openings in class then we will let you know there are two available spots, one for each child.
