How do i cancel a class or drop from classes?
In order to drop a class, you must send your official drop notice by email.

what if i tell my coach after/before class that i want to drop from a class?
Verbal communication is NOT considered an official notification that you are dropping from class.
Our coaches are very busy between classes with the kids, parents, and other coaches doing what they do best: coaching. They may not have time between classes to sit down at the computer to drop your athlete from class.
To qualify as an official drop from class we MUST have it in writing, and you MUST notify us via email of your drop. (see "How do I cancel a class or drop from classes"). Emailing us ensures that your child will be dropped on the correct date and that your account will be adjusted accordingly. You will always receive a confirmation email that will ensure you that you will not be charged.

what if i want to cancel class after the 20th and my autopay has already been processed?
If you decide to drop a class after your autopay has already been deducted on the 20th, please send us your cancellation email as soon as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our refund and credit policies:
Refunds:
- A fee of $15.00 will be deducted for each transaction.
- We will prorate your account from the date we receive your cancellation email.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your Card or ACH on file.
Credits:
- If you prefer to keep the balance as a credit, we will also prorate your account from the date we receive your email.
- This credit will be applied to your account for you to use at a later date when you choose to return to the program.

what happens if i forget to send an email to drop from a class? can you retroactively drop the class?
If you have not informed us that you want to drop from a class by email, all unpaid balances will be charged to your account on file through recurring tuition payments. If no one has notified us to drop your child we are holding your spot for class. You are paying to hold your spot, as we cannot fill the spot without notification that your child will not be returning.
As a reminder, we do not issue refunds or credits for missed classes prior to your intent to drop.

can i schedule make-up classes after i have dropped from the class?
If you have decided to unenroll/drop from class, you must schedule all available makeups before your last day. Any make-ups will expire immediately once you are unenrolled/dropped from the program.
