About competition cheer
We offer a low level commitment teams for those who want to play other sports and high level commitment teams for those athletes looking to make cheer their year round sport.
Youth Fundamentals - Novice Team 4-9 years
- Beginner/Intermediate team focused on level 1 skills and beginner basics.
- Practices are held twice per week.
- Two day choreography camp is mandatory.
- This team will compete and perform at competitions in Bozeman, Missoula, Helena & Billings
- Meet the required age listed for each time by August
- Attend Minimum of 2 practice sessions per week (2 hours per week) with a commitment to participate in the program for the designated time.
- Pay Annual Registration Fee of $45 upon Registering for the Youth Team
- Be able to travel across Montana to competition several hours away.
- Cheerleaders must commit to competing in 1 competition during the session.
- Multiple fundraisers are available through the gym.
JUNIOR TEAM 9-14 years
- Intermediate Team focused on level 1 & 2 skills and technique.
- Practices will be held twice per week
- Two day choreography camp is mandatory.
- This team will compete and perform at competitions in Bozeman, Missoula, Helena & Billings and Las Vegas
- All Athletes must attend the material clinic and tryout in front of a panel of judges to qualify for a spot on The Junior team. If you can not attend tryouts please call the front desk to schedule a skill assessment for team placement.
- Must have required Skills to qualify to be on the Junior Team - Front or back walk over & Round off rebound
- Family Account must be in good standing with no previous delinquency
- Meet the required age listed for each time by August of each year.
- Attend Minimum of 2 practice sessions per week (4 hours per week) with a commitment to participate in the program for the designated time.
- Become a USASF Athletic Member
- Pay Annual Registration Fee of $45 upon Registering for the Junior Team
- Be able to travel across Montana to competitions several hours away and one out of state competition.
- Cheerleaders must commit to competing in at a set # of meets during the competitive season.
- Multiple fundraisers are available through the gym.
