What if my child is going to miss class or be absent ?
- Log in to your parent portal and mark your child absent so we know you will be missing class.
- The portal now allows you log your upcoming missed days and to schedule a makeup depending on the make up policy.
- All students receive 1 make up class per month.
- Regardless of how many classes you have missed in one month you are only allowed 1 makeup.
- If you think you will have to miss a class please log on to the parent portal and mark your child absent to let us know and your coach will see in the attendance portal that you will absent from class.
How do I schedule a make up class?

- You have 4 weeks from the date of the missed class to makeup class
- example- If you missed class on 12/22 you must makeup your class by 1/11.
- We only allow 2 makeup spots per class to keep classes from getting over crowded.
- If you do not see a spot available for the class you want it may be full. You will need to look for a different week to schedule your makeup.
Can I schedule A make up class before I miss the class?
- No you can not pre-schedule a makeup. You can only preschedule and absence.
- You must wait until after the class has been missed, even though you prescheduled your absence.
- The system will not allow future attendance to be taken or saved. Once the coach is allowed to take attendance they will click on the makeup box that evening. Then you may schedule your makeup the following day.
Do we get a credit for missed classes or Holiday closures?
- We do not offer refunds, or credits for missed classes. We are holding your spot for your child in that class. If you miss class you will, only receive one makeup per month.
- We do not offer refunds or credits for cancellations, gym closures or holiday closures.You will be notified of holidays available for makeups via email.
we do not offer make ups or prorate for summer transition or winter transition weeks. - Makeups are non transferable between family members or other athletes. If The athlete misses the makeup, chooses not to schedule a make up or drops from class before they can use the makeup the makeup is forfeited .
- If you choose to leave the program you can not schedule any makeups after your last scheduled day in class. Makeups classes are reserved for currently enrolled students, and should be scheduled within 3 weeks of the absence. Once your child is dropped from class and it is past your last day, you are no longer currently enrolled in the system and it will not allow you to schedule a makeup.
What If I miss my make up class? Can I reschedule?
- If a student misses their make-up class, they are not allowed to reschedule.
- Make-up classes must be scheduled through the parent portal. You can not just show up. You will be turned away.
- Credits or refunds are not given for absences.
- There are no make-up opportunities or credits given for absences in PIR Camps, Clinics or Teams
- If your class is on a Holiday Closure You will be notified and given one makeup .
- Our Regular policies and rules apply to Holiday closures.
What if I cant make up any of the classes available?
- We understand that life is busy but we have several options available for you to make up a class if you are unable to makeup class within the make up range of available classes you will forfeit your makeup class for that missed day.
- Only currently enrolled students are eligible to schedule makeups. Once you have notified us of your intent to drop you have must schedule them in the portal before your last scheduled day. If you can not make them up before your last day you forfeit any eligible makeups.
- We can not put children in higher or lower level classes. For safety reasons all athletes must do a makeup in a level appropriate class.
- If you have decided to unenroll/drop from class you must schedule all available makeups before your last day of class.
- Example: You have emailed us to let us know your last day is Next Tuesday 10/12/2000. You will need to schedule any makeups before your last day on 10/12/2000.
- Once you unenroll/drop from class any available makeups that are not scheduled prior to your last day of class will expire on your last day.
- Makeups will expire immediately when you drop from the program.
