WHAT IS PARK ELITE DOING FOR CLEANING AND SANITIZING?
Park Elite sports has a very detailed protocol in place to do our part in minimizing Covid-19. Common areas such as doors, light switches, counter tops and high touch surfaces are sanitized multiple times a day. Our facility as always ,is cleaned after each morning session and each night session. Hand sanitizer is located at the Main entrance of the facility and at the entry of the gym area.
HOW DOES PARK ELITE ADDRESS SOCIAL DISTANCING?
Our spotting and instruction will recognize social distancing as much as possible. Social distancing will never be prioritized over a child's safety in any setting. Our staff will be working hard to constantly balance social distancing, safety and a positive fun experience.
Here's how we're implementing additional steps to address distancing in some areas at park Elite.

CAN MY CHILD WEAR A FACE COVERING/MASK DURING CLASS?
Park Elite Sports Illness and cancellation policies still remain in effect. Some Modifications have been implemented as a result of COVID -19.Please read carefully regarding any updates specific to COVID-19. While Park Elite is taking great precautions, the risk of COVID -19 remains. Participation will be at your own risk.
PRIOR COMING TO CLASS PLEASE ASSESS YOUR CHILD'S HEALTH CAREFULLY AND ADHERE TO THE PARK ELITE ILLNESS POLICY.
STUDENTS SHOULD NOT ATTEND IF:
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD GETS SICK OR THERE IS A CASE OF COVID-19 IN CLASS?
WILL CLASSES BE CANCELLED IF THERE IS A CASE OF COVID -19
According to the Health Department ,The requirements to cancel a class vary depending on the circumstances. Park Elite Sports will work directly with the Health Department and provide as much notice as possible of a cancellation or a closure. Park Elite Sports will not cancel classes or for third party exposure.
SCHOOL YEAR CANCELLATION POLICY
To drop your child from a class you must email the office staff. Notice of intent to drop is required 24 hours before your next scheduled class. Tuition is prorated and credit or refunded for any remaining classes in the month, as of the date of notice. Credits or refunds will not be given for failure to notify. Not attending class does not serve notification of dropping. Late payment or failure to pay may also result in your child being dropped from class. If you choose to have the remaining amount refunded there is a $15.00 refund fee that applies during the time of refund.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL DUE TO AN EMERGENCY OR COVID RELATED MATTER?
Our regular school cancelation policy applies.
WHAT HAPPENS IF PARK ELITE CANCELS CLASSES OR TEMPORARILY CLOSES?
If it becomes necessary to cancel a class or temporarily close for a short period of time. Park Elite will provide as much notice as possible. If Park Elite cancels a class or closes you will receive a make up for any classes missed due to the cancelation or closure. Tuition will be run as normal on the 20th of the month during any temporary closure.
WHAT IF MY CHILD OR FAMILY MEMBER IS DIAGNOSED WITH COVID 19?If your child or a family member living in your household is diagnosed with COVID-19 you will likely be required to isolate and quarantine for 14 days. If this Causes you to miss an upcoming class you can choose to 1.) use a make up for the missed class 2.) Drop the class and sign up again when it is safe and advised by the Health Department. or 3.) continue to pay to maintain your spot in class.

- Athletes are assigned to specific groups and remain in those groups, as much as feasibly possible throughout each class.
- Athletes & Participants are not required to wear masks. Due to activity levels and the nature of movement through space and on/around equipment it is not safe for them to do so.
- Please do not enter Park Elite more than 5 Minutes before your class starts.
- Be mindful of social distancing if you must walk your child in the waiting area.
- Viewing Area - parents are to view from the stairs or the office area. Parents are not allowed in the gym area.
- Park Elite reserves the right to designate the viewing area closed.
- NO hanging out in the doorway or in front of the entrance or exit.
- Coaches may be less available for discussion before or after class. This is in place to minimize contact and allow them time to complete all necessary duties to prepare before and after each class.
CAN MY CHILD WEAR A FACE COVERING/MASK DURING CLASS?
- There are few instances where face coverings can be safely and effectively worn while participating at Park Elite. The nature of several of our programs require traveling through space, over and around equipment making mask or face coverings unsafe
- All programs at some point, include rigorous physical activity making it uncomfortable and unsafe to wear a face covering. For these reasons face coverings are not permitted in class. Masks and coverings can and should be worn when entering and exiting the building and before and after class.
- Park Elite will not be responsible for inconsistencies in wearing, lost masks or replacement of masks. for safety and sanitary purposes any mask or face covering lost/left behind will be thrown away.

- Do you have a cough or sore throat?
- Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
- Do you have congestion, stuffy or runny nose?
- Do you have chill, aches, headache loss of taste or smell?
STUDENTS SHOULD NOT ATTEND IF:
- They have tested Positive for COVID-19
- They are showing any symptoms
- They have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
- Have been told to Quarantine by the Health Department.
- Have been sent home from school
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD GETS SICK OR THERE IS A CASE OF COVID-19 IN CLASS?
- If an athlete or staff member presents symptoms during class they will be asked to leave. If it is not safe for them to do so they will be provided a safe place to isolate away from the group. Per Health Department guidelines Park Elite Sports may recommend you to obtain a COVID -19 test.
- If your child reports symptoms prior to class, they should not attend class. Please follow the policies and updated protocols listed above.
- If a positive case of COVID-19 is identified, Park Elite Sports will follow all requirements for reporting contact information to the Park County Health Department. Children who have participated in the same group as the positive case will be contacted by the health Department and/or Park Elite. Individuals may return to class when the Health Department has notified Park Elite that it is safe to do so.
- Park Elite Sports will not release personal information related to a case including student and or Family name, group of participation, etc. that may lead to personal identification of the individual. You will be contacted directly by the health department if the case directly impacts you due to exposure.
- Do not ask staff or other members personal information regarding testing or their personal health. We are not at liberty to release personal information about our health or the health of our employees or clients.
