The Recreational Gymnastics Instructor will teach students how to safely execute beginner, gymnastics skills.
- Lifting/Spotting
- Learn, teach skills and abilities at the beginner level.
- Lead warm ups and Stretches
- Plan and come prepared:
- Arrive on time for work
- Positive attitude
- Willing To learn
- Communicate with gym manager and lead Coaches on a daily basis
- Be consistent and reliable in arrival and attendance to assure the proper operation of the program.
XCEL TEAM COACHES
DAYS: Tuesday & Thursday Evenings 5:00-8:30 pm & Saturday 8:30-1:00 pm
PART TIME: 6-15hrs a week
Starting Wage Based on Experience Minimum Wage Up to $20.00 Per hour
Xcel Coach is part time and additional rec coaching hours are available if desired.
DAYS: Tuesday & Thursday Evenings 5:00-8:30 pm & Saturday 8:30-1:00 pm
PART TIME: 6-15hrs a week
Starting Wage Based on Experience Minimum Wage Up to $20.00 Per hour
- Background Check Required
- USAG Certification Required
Xcel Coach is part time and additional rec coaching hours are available if desired.
- Teaching Beginner/Intermediate Level Gymnasts ages 5-10 yrs old
- Follow the USAG Code of Points program
- Be able to Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Be able to Learn the Team Routine and Teach to athletes
- Available to Pick up shifts as needed
- Work Special Events
- Weekend Travel 4-6 times a Year for Competition
JUNIOR ASSISTANTS
DAYS : Evenings on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
PART TIME: 4-8 hours per week.

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
No Experience Needed This is a Training Position - This position will assist the lead coach

- Help Set up Stations and clean up Stations
- Lead Warm ups
- Learn to Spot Beginner Skills
- Lead Stretches at the end of class
- Walk athletes to the High Five athletes on the way out of class
- Help keep kids from Getting Distracted and remind them what station is next
- Learn to take Attendance
- Learn to Log Water Sales
OFFICE ASSISTANT
DAYS : Evenings on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
