Join us in the gym to learn new gymnastics skills while playing gymnastics games, making new friends, and getting stronger! The benefits of participating in our Summer Camp Program at the club level include improved strength, flexibility and motor skills. Participants will be grouped based on age and skill level. One week of camp = 4 months of training. Athletes will spend valuable time in the gym with members of the Park Elite Coaching staff. All Summer Training Camp athletes will have a head start on the Xcel program for Bars, Beam, and Floor Training.
The main objectives for this program are:
To improve physical development in a fun and exciting environment
To enhance the gymnast mindset of competitive practices and the team environment.
To expand the training of Xcel routines for proper body composition and skills
To serve as a "fast track" for young gymnasts from the early years of training to the beginner competitive level
The athletes in this camp will practice for 5 hours a day for one week. We are offering several date options for camp, you will select the camp session that works best for you or you may choose to do multiple camps. In addition, there will be a performance for all athletes at our 4th Annual performance.
Week long Gymnastics Specific Clinic 8 am-1 pm each day Ages & Eligibility participants for open registration must be Ages 5-14yrs
INSTRUCTION: Athletes are placed in training groups by age and ability level. Once in groups, campers have daily instruction, which consists of one mandatory morning practice, one afternoon open session. We are very goal-oriented at Park Elite and want all athletes to get the most out of their experience at camp. At the beginning of camp, each gymnast shares 2-3 goals with their coach and instruction group. Each day after morning instruction, the campers meet with their instruction group to review their progress and add new goals.

Campers are to wear their t-shirt/shorts or leotard for on the following assigned days:
Monday – T-shirt & Shorts
Tuesday - Leotard
Wednesday - T-shirt & Shorts
Friday T-shirt & Shorts
Hair should be pulled back No jewelry allowed. Campers are required to removal all jewelry for safety purposes.
